Where do you ship?
QĀNA Coffee currently ships within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Our coffees are roasted in small batches and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies based on location and carrier.
How is the coffee packaged?
Each bag is sealed for freshness with a one-way valve and resealable closure, designed to protect aroma and flavor from roast to cup.
What is your return policy?
Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns once a bag has been opened. If there’s an issue with your order — including a damaged bag, incorrect item, or quality concern — please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
