QĀNA COFFEE — Return & Refund Policy

Our Promise: Every bag of QĀNA coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh. We stand behind the quality of our product. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

1. Coffee Products — No Returns Accepted

All QĀNA coffee — including whole bean and ground — is a perishable, food-grade product roasted to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns on coffee under any circumstances, whether the bag is opened or unopened.

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date:

  • Your order arrived damaged or leaking
  • You received the wrong product
  • The coffee quality did not meet your expectations
  • There was an error in your order

We will work with you to find a resolution — replacement, store credit, or full refund. Contact us at: hello@qanacoffee.com

2. Non-Coffee Items (Merchandise)

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email hello@qanacoffee.com to initiate a return.

3. Discovery Trio — Gift Set

The Discovery Trio follows the same policy as all coffee products. As a perishable food item, it is not eligible for return. If the set arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days at hello@qanacoffee.com.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Email hello@qanacoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We will respond within 1 business day and resolve within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Credit / Debit Card: 3–10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 2–5 business days after approval
  • Store Credit: within 1 business day

6. Subscription Orders

Subscription coffee orders follow the same return policy as standard orders. For cancellations or modifications, contact us at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment.

7. Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately at hello@qanacoffee.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation if roasting or fulfillment has already begun.
