QĀNA COFFEE — Shipping Policy

All QĀNA coffee is roasted to order and fulfilled by our New York City-based roasting and fulfillment partner. We do not ship until your coffee is fresh. Your order may take 1–3 business days to process before it ships. We believe freshness is worth the wait.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Subscription Orders: 5–8 business days (free standard shipping)

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Expedited / Priority: Calculated at checkout
  • Subscription Orders: Free standard shipping
  • Orders Over $65: Free standard shipping (contiguous US only)
  • International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

4. Carriers

Shipments are dispatched via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and selected shipping method. International orders are typically dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx International. The carrier will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days, please check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@qanacoffee.com.

6. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For questions about international orders, contact us at hello@qanacoffee.com.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. QĀNA Coffee is not responsible for delays resulting from an incorrect address. Contact us immediately at hello@qanacoffee.com if you notice an error after ordering.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours, check around your delivery location, and contact the carrier. Contact us at hello@qanacoffee.com if still missing after 48 hours.

9. Packages Damaged in Transit

Contact us at hello@qanacoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the damage, and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their country. QĀNA Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.

11. Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on a recurring schedule. You can modify your subscription shipping address, frequency, or pause/cancel your subscription by contacting us at hello@qanacoffee.com at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment.
