Some coffees introduce themselves quietly. Reserve Sidama is one of them.
Grown in the highlands of Sidama — one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee regions — this medium roast unfolds with the gentle sweetness of ripe strawberry and cane sugar, finishing with a texture so smooth it earns its name: silk.
This is not a loud coffee. It is a deliberate one.
Brew it as a pour-over and let it speak clearly. Or pull it as an espresso and discover a sweetness that needs nothing added.

I recently picked up the Qana Reserve Sidama and I would say that it's an excellent, balanced medium roast. As soon as I opened the bag I could tell how silky and smooth it was going to be. There are subtle hints of strawberry and natural cane sugar in each sip; however, neither flavor is overbearing nor too fruit-filled. To me it simply tasted good and smelled better, a great quality cup of coffee. It has plenty of taste without any fuss or complexity.
